Semparoc Rapid S

Semparoc Rapid S - PUR fast curing adhesive.

PUR fast curing adhesive for high bond strength and short press times.

Range of Applications:

Use Semparoc Rapid S for water-resistant and weather-proof bonding of wood-based materials.
stone, ceramic and concrete.
The adhesive is suitable for the production of window frames, windows, shutters, timber constructions as well as for boat building and kitchen construction.
Semparoc Rapid S is also ideal for hardwoods, softwoods and non-flammable building boards.

Instructions For Use:

Bonding surfaces must be true to size, clean and dust-free.
Application temperature: +10° C to +30°C.
Method of application: Spatula or PUR Applico Vario.
Application Quantity: 100-300 g/m².
Open Time: 5 min approximately.
Pressure: 0,2-0,8 N/mm².
Press Time: 10-15 minutes.
Clean-up: In liquid form, with Ebo clean, when dry use PUR Solvent.

Properties:

Base: Polyurethane.
Storage: Cool and dry in unopened in original packaging in 12 months.
Moisture resistance: C4 in accordance with EN 12765 (AW100 in accordance with DIN 68705).
Heat Resistance: 120°C.
